Shirley Temple:

Splash of Grenadine

Lemonade

Pour the grenadine over a highball glass full of lemonade and cracked ice

Serve with a straw

Pour the cordial and bitters into a long tumbler with some ice cubes

Top with soda water and lemonade

Stir

Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds into the drink

Stir again

Serve with a long handled spoon

2 measures passion fruit cordial

dash angostura bitters

3 measures chilled soda water

3 measures chilled lemonade

St.Clements:

2 oranges

1 lemon

1 tbsp caster sugar

5 tbsp water

Remove the rind from the fruit

Put in a pan with the sugar and water

Heat gently and stir until the sugar has dissolved

Squeeze the rind to release the oils then disgard

Puree the fruit and add the syrup to sweeten

Leave for 2-3 hours so the flavours develop

Loosely strain he pulp

Pour in to a tall glass with finely crushed ice

Garnish with a slice of orange and lemon

Mix ingredients in a large glass over ice until chilled

Strain into a tall tumbler half filled with ice cubes

Garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge or alternatively with an egg yolk

6 measures tomato juice

Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

Dash of Tabasco Sauce

2 tsp limejuice

Salt and ground black pepper

Celery salt to taste
