Blushing Pina Colada:

1 thick, peeled slice of pineapple

1 peeled banana

3 measures pineapple juice

1 scoop strawberry ice cream

1 measure coconut milk

2 tbsp grenadine

Roughly chop up the fruit and place in a blender

Add the pineapple juice and puree

Add the ice cream, coconut milk and a scoop of crushed ice

Blend until smooth

Pour into a large tumbler

Slowly pour the grenadine on top and let it sink down

Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge

 

Add the soda water to a highball glass filled with cranberry juice and crushed ice

Stir and serve with a straw

Cranberry juice

Splash of soda water

:Cranberry Cooler

 

Ginger Fizz:

2 measures pineapple juice

Dash of sweet and sour mix

Dash of limejuice

Chilled ginger ale

Pour all except the ginger ale into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice

shake to mix and chill ingredients

Strain into a tumbler glass containing some ice

Top with the ginger ale

Garnish with pineapple and lime slices on a skewer

Pour all the ingredients except the soda into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice

Shake until chilled

Strain into a tall glass of ice

Top with soda

Serve with a straw

1 measure grapefruit juice

Splash of sour mix

2 dashes of grenadine

Soda water
